TA Consult assesses lending technology of SME Support Fund for Bryansk Region «Bryansk Microloan Fund»
On December 6th, 2013 TA Consult completed the project “Assessment of the loan products and lending technology of the SME Support Fund «Bryansk Microloan Fund».
The project’s objective was to identify new opportunities for development in the area of financing small and medium-sized businesses in Bryansk and the Bryansk region.
TA Consult experts analyzed the target segment of the Fund, its existing product line, plans for strategic development. They also conducted an analysis of the whole lending cycle (from search and attracting of new clients and to portfolio monitoring) and reviewed the interaction between different services and finally developed a set of recommendations to create the most optimal tools of the Funds’ products promotion, as well as to improve business-processes for issuing SME loans.
