On 25-26 February 2014 a two-days interactive training “MSME Lending and Financial Analysis” for MFIs’ loan officers from CIS countries will be held in Minsk. The training will be conducted in Russian and is organized by TA Consult Group of Companies and Polish Microfinance Center (MFC).

The training will be delivered by TA Consult coaches with many years’ practical experience in MSME lending, who implemented numerous projects aimed at launching the complete MSME lending cycle at banks and MFIs including development of local documents and loan products, training of loan officers and managing staff, etc. Our coaches have successfully trained MFIs and banks in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine as well as in countries of Western and Eastern Europe.

Training's objectives:

• to provide the participants with different financial analysis tools (assets and liabilities structure, profit and loss analysis, cash flow analysis, etc.);
• to enable the participants to check the quality and the authenticity of the information provided by the borrowers.

The theoretical knowledge obtained by participants in the course of the training will be supplemented by practical exercises, role plays, case studies and discussions.
