On 25-26 February 2014 a two-days interactive training “MSME Lending and Financial Analysis” for MFIs’ loan officers from CIS countries was held in Minsk. The training was organized by TA Consult Group of Companies and Polish Microfinance Center (MFC).

In the course of the training the participants obtained detailed knowledge on different financial analysis tools (assets and liabilities structure, profit and loss analysis, cash flow analysis, etc.) and methods to check the quality and the authenticity of the information provided by the borrowers.

The theoretical knowledge obtained by participants in the course of the training was supplemented by practical exercises, role plays, case studies and discussions.

The participants received certificates on the completion of the training. All the participants highly evaluated the professionalism of the trainer, the training methodology, materials of the training and its interactive nature, which altogether ensured very effective learning.
