On August 18, 2015 TA Consult experts delivered a workshop in agricultural technology for Credobank loan officers in Kiev and Kiev oblast. The workshop became the last one in the series of workshops held within the framework of USAID Agroinvest project Developing manuals and conducting training in agricultural technologies and economics.
At the workshop TA Consult experts presented to the partner bank’s loan officers one of its training modules Field Crop Production. The workshop focused on such issues as the current status of agricultural technological cards and their updated cost characteristics. The indicators having an impact on the movement of agricultural producers’ financial flows were examined for cultures cultivated in the region.

The two years project Developing manuals and conducting training in agricultural technologies and economics started in July 2013. Within the project TA Consult experts developed a series of training modules in Field crop production, Vegetables, Orchards, Intensive horticulture, Dairy farming, Pig breeding, Poultry breeding, Agricultural produce logistics and conducted 20 trainings covering Zaporozhie, Kiev, Kherson, Lviv, Kharkiv oblasts of Ukraine, the city of Kyiv and the Republic of Crimea. The total of 321 participants from AgroInvest partner banks and credit unions took part in the workshops.

The evaluation questionnaires distributed at the end of each workshop proved the high level of the training methodology and usefulness of the training materials.
