On April 15th 2019 TA Consult started the implementation of Rysgalbank: Operations and IFRS Capacity Building project financed by EBRD.
The project is designed for six months during which the Consultant will:
(i) assist the bank in improving portfolio quality including NPLs and restructured loans in accordance with IFRS and automate its reporting and further improve the financial reporting standards in accordance with IFRS;
(ii) reorganize the bank’s Lending Department into front office and back office with relevant modification of functions and responsibilities to facilitate more efficient lending and cooperation with MSMEs in a number of areas including trade finance operation.
The ultimate objective of the assignment is to increase the efficiency of the bank’s MSME lending operations and train the bank to automatically produce the reports.
