Project description:
The project’s objective was to identify new opportunities for the Fund’s development in the area of financing small and medium-sized businesses in Bryansk and the Bryansk region.
TA Consult experts analyzed the target segment of the Fund, its existing product line, plans for strategic development. They also conducted an analysis of the whole lending cycle (from search and attracting of new clients and to portfolio monitoring), reviewed the interaction between different services and developed a set of recommendations to create the most efficient tools for the Funds’ products promotion, as well as to improve the Fund’s business-processes for issuing SME loans.
