Fransabank: Staff training, motivation scheme development, streamlining of internal MSME regulations and decision making process

The objective of the assignment is to
•    train staff (loan officers, front-office staff and management) during class room workshops and on-the-job coaching in lending technology, active sales of banking products, attracting clients, effective communications, borrowers’ financial analysis;
•    develop, introduce and implement the staff motivation system;
•    amend and streamline local internal regulations, to adjust them for the target segment, to develop competitive lending products;
•    streamline decision making procedures for lending transactions.
