Project description:

The project provided for the diagnostics of the corporate business lending process at the BTA Bank. Upon the completion of the diagnostics TA Consult provided the bank with an independent and objective opinion on the possible prospects of growth and development, as well as the existing obstacles within the following blocks:

The corporate business product line;
Methodological support: availability, completeness and interconnection of existing policies and procedures;
Organization of work: production plans, LOs’ qualifications, KPI, staff selection, training and evaluation practices;
Key processes of the corporate business lending: reviewing a loan application, its approval and supporting activities, i.e. the entire cycle of interaction of the units and services involved;
Basic delinquency management principles;
Risks: assessment of the corporate loan portfolio quality (industry analysis, concentration, collateral, etc.), and risks in the loan process;
The internal control system at every stage of the lending process.
