Project description:
TA Consult experts developed an on-line MSME Lending Training Course for MTBank loan officers. The Course includes the training materials covering all aspects of MSME lending process (target segment, credit cycle, social and psychological portrait of the borrower, financial and economic analyses, etc.) Each section of the Course is supplemented by test questions and cases similar to everyday practice, aimed to evaluate LOs’ knowledge acquired over the course.
The aim of the on-line course is to help the Bank to streamline and speed up the staff training process and lower the Bank’s staff training costs due to the implementation of the distance learning system.
