Project description:
TA Consult delivered an assessment of the credit management and the lending processes at Fransabank including the overview of the staff composition and their training needs for the improvement of the Fransabank credit function.
TA Consult reviewed all the Bank’s regulations governing the extension of loans as well as interviewed the key staff involved in the lending process.
Following the review stage TA Consult delivered recommendations on streamlining credit procedures and modification existing Bank’s policies and procedures and discussed them with the top management of the Bank and agreed on the key areas and training needs which need to be addressed. 6 months implementation work plan was prepared.
