TA Consult designed a training course for Romanian MFI LAM in Ilieni, Transylvania. The course consisted of two parts: basics of MSE lending targeting all the LAM staff and financial analysis training for loan officers. The key topics covered by our experts during the trainings included among others psychological aspects in client interaction, attracting clients, MSEs financial analysis, loan monitoring and delinquency management. The theoretical information provided over the course of the training was supported by numerous practical exercises, case studies and role plays. The training will help LAM specialists to increase their understanding of MSE lending principles, to improve financial analysis skills in practice, to more effectively interact with clients.
