On 2 June 2014 TA Consult experts started implementation of the project Staff training, motivation scheme development, streamlining of internal MSME regulations and decision making process with Fransabank in Minsk, Belarus.
The project has been designed for 6 months. The objective of the Project is to
• train staff (loan officers, front-office staff and management) during class room workshops and on-the-job coaching in lending technology, active sales of bank products, attracting clients, effective communications, borrowers’ financial analysis;
• develop, introduce and implement the staff motivation system;
• amend and streamline local internal regulations, to adjust them for the target segment, to develop competitive lending products;
• streamline decision making procedures for lending transactions.
