On 2 December 2014 TA Consult completed the implementation of the project Staff training, motivation scheme development, streamlining of internal MSME regulations and decision making process with Fransabank in Minsk, Belarus. The project’s implementation period was 6 months, over which the following objectives have been met: • the staff (loan officers, front-office staff and management) was trained during class room workshops and on-the-job coaching in lending technology, active sales of bank products, attracting clients, effective communications, borrowers’ financial analysis; • training materials were provided to the Bank; • staff motivation system was developed and proposed to the Bank’s management for implementation; • local internal regulations and procedures were amended and streamlined; • changes of the Bank’s structure related to the work and interaction between divisions dealing with lending to legal entities were prepared.
