On December 19th 2014 TA Consult experts delivered a workshop in agricultural technology for loan officers of Bank “Kievskaya Rus” from Kiev and other oblasts for Ukraine. The workshop was held in Kiev, Ukraine, within the framework of USAID Agroinvest project.
The purpose of the workshop was to provide the bank’s credit staff with the knowledge of the technology and production cycle specifics in poultry farming.
The training module was developed by TA Consult experts for credit analysts and covered key economic and technological aspects of the production of chickens, ducks, turkeys and other commercial species.
To ensure most effective perception of the information by the participants the workshop was based on real life examples and included video and photo presentations. The workshop was held in the atmosphere of lively discussion, the most complex factors influencing the profitability were discussed. All participants commented on the practical value of the materials as well as the novelty of the information received.
