Project objective: assistance to RRB-Bank in implementation of institution building measures at the Bank.

Achievements:

Marketing: Marketing Department was created, its strategy and budget developed, the Bank’s mission statement as well as the Bank’s brand (logo and brand name) developed; positioning concept developed;

Retail: procedures analyzed and recommendations provided, credit scoring introduction possibility analyzed and recommendations made, mortgage lending introduced.

Corporate government: organizational structure reviewed and amended in accordance with EBRD format, 5-year’s business-plan was prepared, sales network development plan and IT development strategy prepared, reporting quality improved;

Corporate lending: corporate business strategy developed;

Audit and internal control: internal audit functions and responsibilities reviewed, it’s independence strengthened, tools and methodology improved;

Risk management: Risk Management Unit structure, functions, methodology and reporting procedures reviewed and recommendations on improvements made; loan portfolio analyzed by industry, maximum exposure introduced;

Planning and budgeting: annual budget was developed;

IT: current IT systems were reviewed, recommendations to improve business process made, IT development plan was prepared;

Problem loans: current procedures and functions of Department of Economic Security reviewed, recommendations developed, tools and methodology improved.
