The training is a series of teambuilding tasks united in a game, which develops team working skills, and provides insight on the team efficiency in solving problems.

The participants are divided into teams and each team receives its own taks and conditions of its implementation.

To achieve success each team should organize coordinated activity of all team members in the most effective way.

Thus conditions similar to real business situation are modeled.

Upon the end of each phase conclusions are made, analysis of the effectiveness of communication and of decision made is carried out.

Additional description:

· Duration of the training is 1 day (16-24 hours), subject to specific client’s needs. The preliminary diagnosis of each client is made and the scenario is being developed individually for each group given the real situation in the company and problems to be solved.

The training is carried out in an interactive way. Both intellectual as well as physical tasks are used.
